Graphtec CE7000-60 PLUS - 24" Professional Bundle, BONUS Software & Warranty
The software isn’t very compatible with Mac and it is very difficult to set the blade!! I can’t get it right! It either cuts the material so hard it shreds it or doesn’t cut deep enough to weed!!!

Hi Stephanie, for the blade make sure you are also adjusting the pressure. You want to make sure the blade is not too far out to cut through the back liner. You can increase the pressure to ensure it cuts through the vinyl. Also doing a double pass can help. Graphtec is working on a brand new software update and it should improve how it works on a Mac. Another option is do all the design work with Silhouette Studio Business and export the file to cut.

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to Business Edition Digital Upgrade - Instant Code
I have submitted and email because I keep getting an “incompatible license” error when I enter the code that was given.

Hi Alexis, make sure you currently have Designer Edition and not Silhouette Studio Basic. Also make sure you are entering the code into the software and not into the Silhouette online store.
