Silhouette Black Cameo 4 Heat Press T-Shirt Bundle with Pink Heat Press, Siser HTV
Extremely happy with my purchase experience with the folks at Swing Design. Order process smooth. Delivered sooner then I was expecting and order received in tack. My only complaint, which has NOTHING to do with Swing Design, is that my Silhouette mat cracked after using only for a few hours. I plan on making Swing Design my first stop for my Silhouette Cameo needs. Would highly recommend.

Silhouette Portrait 2 Bundle 24 Oracal 651 Sheets, Guides, 24 Pack Sketch Pens
Regarding Swing Design, I am extremely satisfied. My order came extremely fast even after they warned me that it may take longer than usual. I was prepared to wait two weeks and got my order within four days!!!
However, Silhouette America has disappointed me. the machine itself is great but the software is a little tricky to use and there is definitely a learning curve. I am a beginner but I have looked at every video there is and can not figure out why my blade does not line up correctly on the print and cut function. I have done all the necessary trouble shooting and emailed Silhouette America. (apparently there is not a customer service telephone number) they emailed me back once and I have not heard from them since! Now the machine is just sitting there on my work table useless. I wonder if i can return this now but I don't think I can according to the refund policy. Maybe I should have gotten a Cricut Machine....sigh

Silhouette White Cameo 4 w/ 26 Oracal Glossy Sheets, Guides, 24 Sketch Pens, and More
The auto blade doesn’t detect properly even when set on your computer. Have to manually tap it to two in the midst of cutting breaks. Very frustrating. Hoping the replacement blade will fix this issue. Other than that I love this machine, just need the auto blade kinks fixed
