Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
I purchased the business edition not knowing that it was different if you had the design edition and they won’t just swap the codes, they want me to pay more money. I think that’s just horrible customer service.

Swing Design 15" x 15" PRO Slide Out Heat Press - Turquoise
I looked at several heat presses online and in person before purchasing this one. I still can't believe what a great price it is. I really wanted one with a slide out lower plate because I didn't want to be aligning my garment directly under the heat source. I'm so glad I ordered this one. The lower plate slides back and forth easily. Every other press I looked at with a slide out plate was a lot more expensive. They were about twice the price.
It's easy to set the temperature and time on this press. It beeps when the time is up and you need to remove your garment. I love the fact that it is a manual press. The ones that open and close automatically make me nervous. I'm very happy with my purchase. I've already made several nice looking shirts and dog shirts with DTF transfers and heat transfer vinyl.

xTool P2 55W CO2 Laser Cutter & Engraver Riser, Rotary, Rail, Filter Bundle
Love this machine. Bought the M1 eight months ago and quickly realized I needed something more. I would highly recommend purchasing the honeycomb bed. The blades work well for larger cuts, but smaller cuts will fall through and risk being cut ago as the laser passes over. Shipping packaging is top notch!

My Juliet (which I ADORE!!) arrived on time and in perfect condition. Well-packaged and it works like a charm. Love the little freebies -would have purchased through SD anyway, but it's very nice. Will definitely buy from them again.

REFURBISHED Silhouette White Cameo 4
My machine arrived, as a refurbished machine I didn’t expect perfection, but the blade was definitely a used one. It had some material stuck inside, and was pretty dull. I contacted customer support about the possibility of getting a new blade sent out. Donna responded quickly and informed me that a replacement blade had been sent out! My “blade” arrived today in a box containing more than just the one auto blade I was expecting! Very happy with my experience.

Direct to Film (DTF) T. Seal Finishing Sheet - 11.7" x 16.5"
We’re new to dtf printing but we noticed how plastic-y our prints felt even though we loved how smooth it comes out. We heard about T Seal on a YouTube video and had to try it for ourselves. The difference between the prints where T Seal is used and those that it wasn’t, is like night and day! The T Seal pushes the ink more into the fabric and most prints feel like there’s nothing even there! We will be keeping these in stock for the small business we’re starting and will not press without using T Seal ever again. Highly recommend for anyone who is curious or on the fence. It might be a little pricey for one sheet but the results are worth it and where it lasts 500 presses, it’s worth every penny!

Silhouette Cameo 4 & MK-II PRO 24" x 24" Standard Cutting Mat
A few have commented that this mat is “too thin/flimsy.” I found out pretty quickly that a 24” mat really needs to be lightweight so it doesn’t cause a strain on the cutter. If our cutting depth is set correctly we only need a couple millimeters of plastic and this mat is perfect.

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
I am very happy with the Silhouette Studio Designer Upgrade that I purchased. It has opened up several new, useful features that are not available with the free version. The upgrade code worked perfectly, and I have not had any problems with either my purchase or the software upgrade.
