Roland BN-20A Desktop 20" Eco-Solvent Printer & Cutter w/ Double CMYK Inks
The BN-20A arrive on time. It was packaged very well. Setup is a bit involved but there is plenty of clear instruction on how to do it. Roland was having some problems with their download site but I was eventually able to get the files I needed. The machine prints and cuts very well. Swing Design customer service and pricing are very good.

Siser Romeo 24" Vinyl Cutter Base Machine Bundle
When I ordered I was charged for something I didn't realize was in my cart. I contacted them and they refunded me right away. My order not only was at a great price, but arrived perfect. I will definitely order again.

Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer & 15" 8-in-1 Heat Press Bundle
I love both products. Shipping was quick and everything was included as listed. I do wish however that the onboarding with my printer wasn’t going to take a week for an appointment. The heat press is amazing the only thing I would change is that the mug and tumbler elements should be labeled that would be a big help. I am a beginner so it is harder than if I had done this before. I still haven’t figured out which mug press is which. Everything works great but was a bit more difficult than expected.

Hi Jessica, thank you for the feedback. I have a call today with Sawgrass and will discuss the wait time for the onboarding. Normally they are able to do it pretty quickly, might have been due to some of the support team being out of office. Best, Will - owner

xTool P2 55W CO2 Laser Cutter & Engraver Riser & Rotary Bundle - White
I am loving my purchase so far! The Xtool P2 arrived sooner than expected and has been performing beautifully. The purchase experience was not 5 star but this was to do with Xtool sending the wrong accessories initially and inconveniencing me with going to UPS to return them then making me wait over a week to get the correct items. Swing Design was great and support helped me get it all figured out. Overall.. would I purchase from Swing Design again? yes. Would it be another Xtool? I dont know. lol
