I received it. Thank you. However, I still haven't been able to open it, or update my Cameo 3. I got a message stating it wasn't correctly decoded. I'm not an electronic person, and I'm still trying to get someone to help me. I really need it. Having trouble with my Cameo. It's not cutting what is showing on the monitor.

I have had nothing but issues since I started ordering here three weeks ago. I'm not sure if it's the store itself or UPS but communication is definitely off or I must have some bad luck. My first order through Walmart got lost and was delayed a week and a half. Second order went through fine. Third order, UPS had said it was voided due to shipper (which once I contacted them, they had informed me it was on it's way) after I thought it hadn't went through so I purchased one from elsewhere. Now I have to pay to return it to swing design. Last order I purchased the same day as "the voided one" was shipped separately, and was supposed to be here by March 16th has never arrived. Called UPS and they are "searching for it" they claim it's lost. I have previously contacted them to let them know whats going on with UPS, now I'm handling it with UPS itself.

Purchased the Silhouette Designer addition and received it immediately, was easy to load as I am not that tech savvy and it's working great! Thank you!

I had several T Shirts with Tagless Tags that were getting scratchy. rather than pitching all of my T Shirts, I tried this product. In roughly 15-20 minutes I had removed about 12 tagless tags from my undershirts. Threw them in the washing machine and now they are good as new. I will be able to remove all of my tags on any new shirts I might get.
