I placed my order on the 24th & recieved it only 5 days later, that is quite impressive. I'm very pleased with my order & my product. I will definitely order from you guys again in the future, & recommend you to others. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

I truly try to avoid ordering from this company. Their speed of shipping is, to say the least, horrible!

Hi Crystal, I am having our customer service team follow up with you ASAP. We pack everything into the Cameo box, so just make sure you have opened the machine. Also please let us know if it appears to be any shipping damage. Thanks, Will

I'm new to the crafting world and wasn't sure what to expect. I bought a couple different types of vinyl from different sites. But I am so impressed with swing design. I got my shipment fast and the vinyl has held up the best so far. I will definitely be ordering again.
