I was very excited to receive a Cameo 3 for Christmas and couldn't wait to get started. But it was very frustrating at the beginning troubleshooting problems I had. All I can say is watch all the videos and tutorials you can and just keep going. I love that my Cameo 3 came with a free 30 day trial for Silhouette U because that website has been a wealth of information! So far I really have no complaints. I love my machine and everything that came in the bundle is so great!

Easy to setup, easy to use...some big details are left off of quick guides but can easily be found on the internet.

This is my first SwingDesign and Silhouette purchase. I love the bundle offered, because it helped me purchase what I needed (and what I wanted without me know what that was just yet). The package shipped timely, was packaged well, and contained everything I ordered. I will definitely be taking advantage of the 30-day Silhouette U membership and beginner class. Thanks!
