I placed my order on Friday, 1/5 and did not receive it until Wednesday 1/17. (I placed my order around 2:15 so I am not counting Friday) I belong to a Facebook group called Silhouette Cameo Design & Inspiration in which Swing Design is highly promoted, so I thought I would order. Quite a few of the comments note that you get your order in a matter of a few days. I thought for sure I would have had my order within 3-5 business days not 8! I'm guessing that the person who is constantly promoting Swing Design for quick delivery in that group is an employee of the company or related. Hard to believe in this day and age that anything would take 8 business days to arrive.

Hi Sheila, I checked on your order. We are sorry for any delay. The carriers are way behind. There have been issues since the beginning of December. Your package should have taken 3 days. I would like to extend a 20% off coupon if you chose to order with use again. Please just email us at retailorders@swingdesign.com with the coupon request. As far as the facebook group goes I do not allow any of my employees to promote things like fast shipping. They may list products when it is a deal but can not make statements like that. If you check our reviews on our site you will see lots of validated 5 star orders. We do our best to get our order to customers as fast as possible. Best, Will

Just got the silhouette Camero 3 Black the other day. Have it all setup ready to go. Haven't had time to run a project yet. So far looks like a good unit. My daughter has one and loves hers.

Received everything included quickly - I'm excited to learn my new machine. It does seem very overwhelming and there is not a lot of instructions that come with it. Product is great, user experience to get started isn't...but that has nothing to do with Swing Design, they were wonderful to deal with!

I upgraded to the Designer edition. Is there a manual for this? I'm finding some unfamiliar options. Thanks

Very nice..ALOT of pages...Only a few that were smaller than 12 X 12. Variety of color however not in quantity. For example received like 15 pages of grey....1 page of ivory. But still would buy again..great price
