I completed the instillation process and did not receive the 50 free designs. Also, when I am in the library, I do not see any grid markers on the top to see how many squares I am using (like my mat). I cannot find the trace button either. I have spent over 2 days trying to figure this out.

Hi, for the 50 free designs those go into your design software the first time you connect the Cameo to your computer via usb. To show the grid open the Page Setup panel and select the box Show Grid - 2nd tab. Trace is the 5th icon down on the panel.

Love the holographic vinyl. I had previously ordered the white and blue and loved it, so decided to order the pink as well. My customers loved them as well. I haven't had any complaints about lifting. Really great quality. I hope they come out with more colors! The pink reflects a lot of orange but it looks beautiful, I'm sure it will look awesome with orange cups as well as pink.
