Your program, was helpful. However, my cameo machine did not cut correctly, and I had to return it.

As a instructional designer by trade, I love having the access to manipulate and create my own designs without having to have Photoshop on my personal computer. The reduced cost available through Swing has made it possible to add hours and hours of creativity for me. Thank you!

This vinyl is terrific. The packaging was not. The vinyl had no damaged but eh 24" Silhouette mat was fold in half. Customer service responded and will be sending me another one. What I thought odd was the box it came in was a hand made box using two pieces of cardboard taped together. The mat never stood a chance. I am however, still going to purchase from SwingDesign. I hope to purchase at least one sheet of heat transfer to see how it holds up.

My husband ordered my Silhouette Cameo 3 for me for Christmas (I knew about it, because he told me to choose which machine I wanted) I am thoroughly impressed not only with my machine but with the customer service from Swing Design. We both appreciated the up front disclosure of the import fees, and couldn't believe how quickly the machine arrived. I'd definitely recommend both the Cameo 3 and Swing Design to anyone! So very impressed!!!

I received a Silhouette Cameo 3 as a Christmas gift and knew absolutely nothing about using it. Melissa's New Users course that I received along with my package from Swing Design really helped me figure out the basics and I was able to start using my machine straight away. Melissa walks the viewer through all the steps right from set up to cutting your first vinyl! Such a great value!!!
