I have order from this company several times now and I love working with them! I get my vinyl and HTV pretty quickly. The packaging is great, not too big nor bent or folded. They have great prices, colors and selection. Looking forward to my next purchase!

Hi Ronald. For the guides all of our mini guides can be ordered in printed form or you can print the E-Guide. The Ultimate Guide is only sold in E-Guide but you can print this one as well. You can find our classes and guides here: https://www.swingdesign.com/collections/silhouette-guide-books For the software, Silhouette does not have a version that will run on XP. It will need to run on Windows 7 or newer.

Package - him
I received the silhouette bundle package 1 day earlier than the estimate which was great for a Christmas gift. I think that Swing Design is on top of their game when it comes to bundles like this. The shipping sheet was folded so that the contents were hidden. Since the return address was Swing Design, I don't think she was too surprised, but unboxing was fun for her.

I was pleasantly surprised by everything that came with the bundle. Everything was very safely and compactly packed. We had to contact support for some help with upgrading the software. It turns out that the update option will not upgrade major releases, so we had to download version 4.1. We also updated the firmware on both machines as that is recommended.
I can't wait to begin playing with the new machine. I'm also looking forward to learning how to use HTV from the samples and book that came with the bundle. Thanks for your service, Swing Design!

Love your website and the ease of ordering. I have purchased both a Silhouette Cameo and downloadable gift cards and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The downloadable cards worked without a hitch. Thank you!
