I have tried to download and install several times, with no luck, on either my desk top or lap top.

I'm very happy with my experience. I received my codes almost immediately. It was a great experience and I plan to do business with this company again in the future.

I'm satisfied with the machine, yet feeling somewhat disappointed that I wasn't able to have my item price matched since they went on sale about 2 weeks after I purchased it. I understand you have to go by Cameo's rules, however; my first thought was customer retention isn't the goal and maybe I should have sent it back. I only decided against it because I knew I would still buy another one. I guess that's one for you.

The transfer tape itself is great! I bought 4 rolls of 30' tape. I was working on a project that used it in 3' increments. I needed a total of 120'. I ran out with needing 15' more. I know there is 1 or 2 feet left on each roll still. That still leaves 7' short of what should have been.
