Received my silhouette and took out of box and it does not work so I’m having to return the item. I am waiting for a response from Swing Design to see how they will handle my return of this product.

I was hoping the Siser brand would be better than the other brands of holographic vinyl on the market, but it’s just as difficult to weed due to the way the backing is printed and it tears easily too. As a result, I will no longer be offering holographic HTV was an option in my shop.

Thanks, Swing Design, for letting me instantly upgrade to Business Edition digitally. Very convenient. So far, I'm digging the new features AND that it didn't change my software much so I'm still enjoying using it. Sometimes "upgrades" DON'T make things easier. This one did. Take care!

I recently purchased a new craft cutting machine through Swing Design and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The machine was priced better than any where else and included more add ons. Shipping was fast and the entire transaction was easy.
