I just received my Cameo 3 last week and loved it when it was working properly. Since last night it is cutting through the vinyl and is a hot mess. I am very disappointed. When I talked with tech support they said it was the way the blade was sitting in the carrier. Once I corrected the issue it cut the vinyl for a hot minute correctly and then started back to cutting through the vinyl again. I have wasted so much vinyl trying to fix the problem. I feel I should not be having his issue after only using it for a week. I ordered more blades in hopes that it is the way the blade is sitting in the carrier. Very upset I spent so much money on this machine and vinyl.
