This purchase is a Christmas gift for my daughter so we haven't had a chance to try it out. I was pleased with the ordering process and the delivery.

Upgrade code worked perfect... and when I bought I had an issue, the SwingDesign chat member I got ahold of figured out my problem quick and had me well on the way to what I needed. :slightly_smiling:

As I write this review sent to me to rate my product and service I still haven’t received my order yet. I have been tracking it and it shipped 10 days ago. Not sure what the delay is but I’m pretty dissappointed. I do love Swing Design’s product normally though.

Hi Tracy, sorry for the delay. It looks like UPS had the package sitting in MD for several days and the holiday created even a longer delay. We apologize about this delay.
