Given all wonderful reviews, I did not expect such a bad experience. I placed my order on November 16, 2017 and paid the extra for expedited processing. I received an email on November 17th, that my order was shipped. However ten days later and absent a tracking number, I contacted them to inquire about my order. Apparently my order was not shipped and it was marked incorrectly. Not only did I lose a week on this project for a client in Mississippi, I am also losing money because now I have to pay for rush shipping with another vendor. It has been ten days... While I am sure this company is good overall, if your project is time sensitive, I would suggest using another vendor. Very disappointed Etsy Seller in NY. PS. Zero star would have been first choice.

Hi Sebrina, the carrier has been trying to deliver it to your address since 11/15. The system sends notifications for each delivery attempt along with the tracking number. The address it shipped to was what was entered on the order. Here is the link to the notifications https://wwwapps.ups.com/etracking/tracking.cgi?InquiryNumber1=1Z3088FFYW22028537&TypeOfInquiryNumber=T&AcceptUPSLicenseAgreement=yes&submit=Track
