When I received my package, it was in bad shape. One end was completely open, it was unsealed, and smashed. I was surprised to find everything still in the box. However some of the vinyl was shipped rolled up and it was smashed which left two large crumpled creases down allof the sheets. It will not be useable unless I can just cut out small things in between the creases. The sheets that were shipped flat were ok so I would not recommend shipping it rolled anymore. I was very disappointed.

Hi, most companies no longer include any disks as by the time you receive them the software is outdated. It is very easy to access and download at no charge. You can do so here. It does not cost any more money https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/software
