Quick response, very accommodating. I accidentally bought e-book, they allowed me to cancel and re-purchase hard copy no problem :)

My shopping experience was a breeze. Wish I could saw the same for my experience after I received it. I was under the impression that I could buy this (with absolutely NO experience) and would be taken, step by step, on how to start from the beginning and I do mean the VERY beginning! I have had it over a month without being able to do much as see where to even start. I guess I have 2 choices...1) hire someone to teach me from scratch or 2) sell this unit. Wish it could have been different.
Thanks for your concern.

Yeah, you have to be careful when you're weeding it and following the Silhouette school directions took a tiny bit of tweak for MY machine (it has to be tweaked for everything anyway). But the finished product is AMAZING!!!

I received promptly. This is a Christmas present for my daughter so we won't know about product until then. (Unless I feel we need to try it out sooner)
