Service is wonderful. For some reason the key code did not get to me. I emailed this to Swing Design and I got everything thing I needed. It is now installed and running

First, the transaction was super smooth. Arrived earlier than expected and I received constant emails letting me know where it was. Second, I've had this for 2 days and I'm literally obsessed. My kids are obsessed. My friends are obsessed. This silhouette is awesome. My kids are so happy that they get to design their own shirts and refuse to take them off. Even my sons friends are begging for me to make them shirts. Some of the best money I've ever spent! And I got a great deal from you guys. $50 less than Joanne and all the extras were awesome! Thank you thank you thank you!

Although I am completely new to this endeavor I am enjoying the learning experience. The Shipment of my new Cameo 3 was fast and the machine arrived in fine condition with no indication of mishandling by the shipper . The extras in the bundle I chose are of good quality and I would not hesitate to do business with Swing Design in the future.
