I need more support from company. I think the product is probably good but I can't get it to work correctly.

I’m very new to silhouette but after reading things on social media I found this great deal for an update on silhouette studio, I’d bought designer edition when I bought the cameo3, but found this update to business at a great price and with 10% discount and was emailed the code and was up in running all within ten minutes of buying, now the fun really begins!!

My daughter has been having a great time cutting with cameo 3. The shipment came in a timely manner with free shipping. I was disappointed to see the freight for a extra cutting mats cost $30 each no matter how many you purchase. Otherwise a great company to work with.

I purchased this machine to start my own Tshirt printing/sticker company. This machine combined with the software allows me to do any design I want. The sky's the limit with the Cameo! Performs well! A+++
