Am very happy with my purchase. Was able to make something right out of the box! Have since began learning more about the machine and software. Look forward to many more projects in the future!!

I wish there was more troubleshooting involved in the video! But overall it was amazing - a great beginner's guide! Especially for us visual learners. Thanks!!

Ordered and received my emails but no code was in it. Sent a message via the live chat and it was sorted out immediately and the code works perfectly!

So I would love to give this company five stars, but can't. My package that I paid extra for was shipped without an actual street so it was just the number. Now while this may be my fault, I would think there would be a checks and balances on swings end. They claim everything is automatic. Fine, if it is but some where someone should have seen there not a complete address. Also, Allison, one of their customer care people, well they suck too. I know have to wait for swing to receive my package in order to get a refund. I asked how long it would take to receive my refund twice and Allison has yet to tell me a timeframe. She just likes to tell me the ship thousands of orders out a day. Won't Order from here again because while the address thing may be my fault, their sucky customer service surely isn't.
