I have used DE for Silhouette Studio years ago and wanted to update to Business Edition. I looked all over and Swing Design was the best deal. What I liked most was I did not have to wait for it to come in the mail. It was sent in an e-mail so I I had it right away. Very easy to get. Swing Design was simple to deal with. Love BE!

Returned a Cameo 3 due to not being able to get any help getting machine software downloaded. Swing design ok'd return then charged me a 25% restock fee saying machine was used. Really, can't use let alone cut anything if you can't get software. Your Customer Service rep Grady needs some lessons on real customer service. I guess y'all will have a great a time on my restocking fee of 67.00.
Thanks for nothing cause that's what you provided me!!!

I bought Silhouette as a complete beginner. This video helps so much to understand the basics. I’m getting used to it more and more but honestly, I should go back and watch this video for things I didn’t understand the first go-round!

I am upset that I have to pay for shipping for my return of the silhouette cameo 3. I was led to believe I was buying Canadian at Amazon, and when I receive my parcel, I had to pay an extra $30, and now, not satisfied with my silhouette, another $50 to return it. Not a happy camper. Will be thinking twice upon ordering again.

This is the third time I trust Swing Design with my order, (first being my Cameo 3), and they delivered 5 stars+ as usual! They shipped fast and I love how they keep you updated on your order! The vinyl is great quality and I've had no problems with it. Will definitely be ordering again soon!!

I got the design studio upgrade plus to be able to cut fabric etc. I am just a beginner! I went to a retreat and discovered the need to upgrade, although there were some technical issues we had that hopefully has or will be addressed by the software company. Swing design has been very professional they get 5 stars from me!

I bought a large variety of colors of 651 and Swing Design mailed them out right away. When they arrived, however, they were damaged with a crease down the middle of all of the pages. I contacted them to let them know and they immediately rushed out a replacement order to me! Love the great care and customer service they have. I'm a returning customer thanks to their handling of my previous order! Can't recommend them enough! :)

If it wasn't for the starter video I'm not sure if I would have taken my Cameo out of the box. Such an amazing walk through!

The machine itself works great and was packaged and shipped very well. However the setup/operating instructions were as minimal as possible. This probably does not have anything to do with Swing Design, im sure its the just the way Cameo sells their product. My wife and I have never had any type of vinyl cutting machine, so Google and Youtube are pretty much how we had to figure everything out. The preset settings on the machine are not even close to being correct. It takes very extensive research to figure out what to set the speed, thickness, and blade on to make the cuts like it is supposed to. As I stated above, the problems we have had more than likely have nothing to do with the company Swing Design, im sure its just a manufacturer issue. Our shipping was on time and the machine itself operates great now that we have started to get it figured out. I rated 4 stars solely because of the lack of instruction other than that I would say 5 stars!
