I bought this upgrade to be able to save images I created as jpeg or svg. This program does not do that. Disappointed.

Best decision to purchase from Swing Design! I have friends who purchased the cricut and other silhouettes and didn't get as much information and guidance as Swing design sends. I am actually helping them and I have never done anything like this before! Thank you for making this so much fun and so easy. There is a lot this machine does and without the classes and booklets, I would have been lost. Thank you!!!

This class seems to be geared toward those who have used the software in the previous version, not newbies to the software.

I was excited to purchase the transparent vinyl from you, and I was happy to see you offered a bundle of the top colors. Imagine my surprise when the 'top colors' weren't that great. Out of 12 colors, 4 were green. There should have been a list of the colors in the product description of what you would send out. I was extremely disappointed, and I felt my hand was forced to purchase the entire set for a much larger price, just to get the all colors I actually wanted. I would have loved to return the first set. So disappointed.
