I ordered an autoblade and not only were they the best value compared to others on Ebay and amazon, but my order was shipped within a day. I really felt as though their full attention was on just my order! I've bought my software upgrades from them as well, so their reputation is held high amongst the SVG community.

Very disappointed with the ease of use. The autoblade cuts through vinyl and you have to close restart close restart. I have had to purchase a new mat and blade and the machine is not a week old. Social media is posting a lot of the same issues. I may have wasted a lot of money with this machine, vinyl is too expensive for this issue.

I have not been able to really get on and use the software just has been really busy the last couple of weeks, but I will comment on how smooth my transaction went when purchasing the software on swing design and I was very happy with the price that they offered as well as the discount for being a silhouette University member.

Arrived on time. It was easy to set up another sync with computer. Works perfect, very short learning curve. Thanks for a great product.

This is super helpful to have on hand. It's hard to tell from a computer screen exactly what color a certain vinyl is. This takes the guesswork out of it and will undoubtedly save me money in the end. I'm currently on the hunt for swatch books of other brands.

I have had time to make anything with this yet but I love the design.

The class was informative, but i had to log out close to the end and was told that i would need to pay to watch it again. That should really be in the instructions.

It was helpful.. but not enough, I would have liked to see a complete project and would also like to see more "Basic" video's from start to finish... I look on other's video's on their websites, and youtube and either the work done in the program is done, and they start with the finished weeded project.. or do the work program and don't finish the project.. so frustrating for a beginner

Have not had the chance to work through the book yet but will leave another feedback when I do so. I did look through it and it seems very clear to me. I also took it to Staples and had it bound with rings so it would lay flat while I am working.
