I have never ordered vinyl that took so long to get to me after I order. I was just trying a new company. Then when I used the vinyl it was hard to get it on to the shirt after I heat pressed it. I had to put heat to it several times. I definitely won't be ordering from this company again or recommend it to anyone. I will stick with delivery in two days

New to Silhouette and apparently bought the wrong thing because I wasn't smart enough to figure it out apparently. Won't work with my edition as I didn't realize I had a starter edition and not the regular edition after purchasing the machine. If I decide to again spend the money for the Designer Edition, I will not buy it from Swing.

I have been waiting over a week already for my items and they have not arrived. I checked the shipping and my package keeps going back and forth! This is ridiculous !
