I took advantage of their Memorial Day sale and ordered two 61 packs of vinyl. It's bad enough that their website is not Canadian friendly. All of their prices are in US dollars, there is no Canadian conversion ok fine but when my parcel arrived I had to pay an additional duty tax upon delivery ! I will never shop here again! With so many American companies offering borderfree and duty free services to Canada I encourage Canadians to spend their money with companies better accommodate them.

Hi, companies offering duty free delivery are violating the law by marking items as "gifts". We follow the customs laws of your country.

Came in quickly, had things going on, so took a little time before I started projects, but have enjoyed it and happy with my purchase.

I ordered some heat transfer vinyl, pad for it but didn't get a reference number or a ship date time frame, could some one tell me how long it usually takes to receive an order please. Can't wait to receive my items so I can rate this better!

love my roll feeder. Makes my bigger projects a lot less stressful. I was super happy with how fast my products came and how well they were packaged. I will definitely order from them again.
