I bought this transfer tape based on all the 5 star reviews. I intended to use it for a decal project I am working on to donate to a non-profit. I tried it (using Oracal 651 vinyl) and it is not nearly sticky enough to pick up the vinyl even after pressing down firmly again and again. Am I able to return this item? I only used about 3". If not, I am stuck with 50 feet of transfer tape that I cannot use. Otherwise, the shipping was prompt, packaged well, and I will order more vinyl as I need it.
