I bought the Silhouette Bussiness edition. I immediatly received all the necessary links and a extremely good manual on how to install everything. I'm very pleased with my purchase and recommended it on my facebook already.

Decent ship time, included “free” product, which I can’t use due to their careless shipping. Over all the heat press is “A OK” so far!

Purchase was quick and easy however I was unable to get the app to recognize my phone number for updates, offers and emails. Don’t know why but removed my number and was able to process the purchase.
