Love the vinyl. But didn't love how long it took to get here. When you depend on running your own business you have to make sure you get fast service. I can't have a fast service if I'm not being served fast myself. I've spoke with others about your site and we all love it and think you have considerable pricing but we all agree that if receiving could be much faster you most likely would get more service.

I waited a few months before submitting a review in hopes that there would be a solution to the bluetooth problem, but I’m still unable to connect my cameo 3 to my bluetooth enabled Mac. I have followed the steps in the silhouette school blog numerous times in attempts to connect my cameo to my bluetooth enabled Mac laptop & it's still not working. It shows on my laptop that the two are paired, but when I go into the Silhouette studio & choose to add bluetooth machine, it shows not connected & does nothing when I click on the connect button. My studio software is up to date with version 3.8.206ss and my firmware is up to date with version 1.4. I've restarted my laptop multiple times & I'm still getting the same results & I'm very frustrated because I would never have paid so much money for a machine that I'm unable to use via bluetooth connection! I don't know what else to try. I’ve searched via google for suggestions & found nothing that works and I’ve contacted Silhouette America and they’ve been of no assistance. I’m ready to return it for a refund.
