Love this machine. It allows me to create all kinds of projects. Taught my niece to use it in a few minutes. Now I need more time for all of my projects.
The machine was shipped quickly and it arrived well packaged.

I am a first time user of Silhouette or any cutting machines. Before my purchase I watched many tutorials, so I was somewhat prepared to start using it right away. I was a little disappointed that my second cut attempt yielded a diagonal cut line straight through my design, across the paper and deep into my brand new cutting mat. After some online investigation, I updated my Silhouette software and the problem has not reoccured. I think one needs to be somewhat savvy with computer skills to use this machine well.

If I'm being honest, I was very disappointed at the amount of time it took to get my order to me. Nearly 4 weeks! It took them nearly 2 weeks to send me an email saying they had an overwhelming load of orders and that it would take upto 2 more weeks for my order to get to me. I was not happy at all.
Other than that, I did get everything that I ordered and it came in, good condition.
I understand what it's like to be a small business owner and in this case, I would have made it right with my client however, this business did not make it right with me. Therefor, I will not be ordering from this company again. The price was good but I would have paid extra just to have it get to me on time. I had to order another load of vinyl from another company to make up for what this company lacked. And that is time management.
My time is valuable and can not be replaced.

Great customer service. I called when I was unpacking my bundle, for questions about my invoice. Was greeted and helped by a young gentleman, who was polite and efficient. Everything was delivered as promised and in great condition.
