Placed my order the week before Christmas and did the 2nd day shipping. But was still worries about getting it before Christmas. But just as they promised my order was shipped the next day. And delivered 2 days after that. Couldn't have been any easier than that. Would order from them again. And I just love my cameo machine.

On Christmas morning 2016 my daughter paid for an upgrade to my Silhouette software as a gift to me. In my haste, I entered the wrong email for my instant download to got to :( I quickly sent an email to Swing Design letting them know of my error. I then set to wait until after the holiday for a return email. Not even 10 minutes later I received an email, and a forwarded email with my instant download code for my upgrade!! I was ecstatic! Thank you, thank you so much! This will be my first stop when buying in the future!

This was not only my first time purchasing vinyl from swing design but my first time purchasing vinyl in general. I'm impressed with the quality of both the HTV and oracal 651 vinyl I purchased and it was very affordable. I am making a list of colors to order again!

I have to say that the customer service at Swing Design was wonderful. I called with a semi large retail order right before Christmas and they shipped what I needed overnight. when i discovered that some of the frames i ordered were broken they shipped replacements overnight (at their cost) no questions asked. The frames are beautiful and i’d gladly recommend Swing as a company that understands doing the right thing is good business.
