Amazing service! I appreciate my vinyl being shipped flat instead of rolled up, I don't have to worry about air bubbles when I'm ready to use it.

I've made a few heat transfers and cut some vinyl. Have not had time to do more. I have so many projects in store. Works excellent

I love getting bargains and I feel I definitely got a bargin by upgrading to the Silhouette Studio Designer Edition through Swing Design. I even got the $10 gift card and was able to add it to my Silhouette account. I've become a loyally customer with Swing Dedign with my very first purchase from them.

I have nothing but good things to say about the site. The software has major negative issues.

I placed my first order this month and received bent vinyl. I'm sure it can be hard to ship and not have perfect vinyl ever time. When I emailed customer service about the issue, they were AMAZING! I had new vinyl nearly overnight!! I will continue to order from Swing.

The class was very informative about the machine if you are not familiar with using a cutting machine. Step by step instructions was easy for anyone to understand!
