I was most impressed with the service given by this Company. I ordered an ebook and, when the key hadn't arrived when I expected, I contacted them - Grady did everything right! An apology, a reason and a solution (more than satisfactory) were proposed and accepted, and I had follow up emails to make sure I was happy. All too often today there is a 'take it or leave it' attitude to the customer, and this approach was a most refreshing change. This company has my endorsement and recommendation, and I would have no qualms about ordering from them again. Thank you! (And the book is pretty good as well!)

Love this book so much I now call it my Silhouette Bible. I was so excited that you had copies for sale at the ATSC, My friends back home were sending me messages to pick them each up one. So I bought 3 of them

I love how you can import the svg files! I don't understand why the eraser works better. I really hope the makers of the silhouette program worked hard to make the eraser in this edition better instead of doing what they could to make it worse in the regular program just so they could sell this. I've never designed any computer programs so I don't know how it works, but I have to question why there is such an extreme difference in eraser control. I certainly appreciate your selling the designer version for less :)

I love this frame. It is a wonderful way to display small pieces of art work.
