Customer service is great, got response to an inquiry within minutes. USPS dropped the ball on delivering 2 day priority shipping, not The Best Vape’s fault though. I’ve had the Pulse Dual about a week and 1 of the 3 air slot “rings” is broken. I expected much better quality, as this is my first mod that wasn’t a Smok product. Really disappointing because it was my favorite air ring out of the bunch. Don’t even know how or where to order another...
