Great experience! I purchased a few items such as the pulse dual which was defective. I contacted customer service and the response was super quick. They had me in contact with Vandy Vape working on a solution in no time at all. Vandy Vape's customer care is also awesome. After a few emails, a replacement mod has been shipped out.
