Item came as expected in terms of time...engraving looked good but I don’t believe this bullet pen was the space pen that went into space as was claimed. I believe it was the retractable space pen that was taken up. You should put that in your write up and say this is the “bullet” pen model as well. Plus the pen is way over priced for the size of the pen which is tiny. :(

I ordered a custom zippo to be delivered and when it arrived all the writing was crooked. I brought it back to the store they gave me a new one with no issues but should not have been shipped that way ...... cost me $80

The glass beer mug turned out okay, but if I had known that the engravment on the keychain and necklaces was going to be barely visible I would not have purchased anything from here.

The "pewter-like name plate" was very nice and good quality. In my case, it would have been better to have the metal a bit brighter. It had a nice "brushed" finish.

I recently bought the groomsmen kit which looked perfect online line as the pictures sell it very well. However once I received the package which came bang on time which I was happy about I was unhappy with the quality of the item I received. The “wooden” box which was a massive selling point was cardboard and made the item look very cheap and tacky for an event and gift such as a wedding. The items inside were also very cheap and tacky definitely not worth the $55 value I had paid. Without opening the box I knew it was a mistake and returned them immediately. This review is not all bad as I swapped these items for engraved mugs and whisky flasks which are absolutely perfect.
