I ordered a frame that I hoped would make a nice gift, somehow the website left off the punctuation in the engraving and I was left with a frame that looks like crap. Your policy of no returns on e its engraved and customer srvice’s complete lack of caring for your customers is just terrible. I will never order from you again.

Hello Bonnye; your frame was engraved as ordered and our customer service team offered a fair resolution for you. If you had of noticed the missing punctuation on your receipt we would have possibly been able to fix the error before engraving.

The frame is lovely, I really wish I would have been given a choice of color for script as it is nearly invisible. The order was filled quickly and arrived in excellent packaging.
