Hello Michele; we apologize for the error that you received another customers order and understand that our customer service department has been communicating with you. As they have mentioned your order did not get shipped to another customer, your order left our warehouse and has been delayed by Canada Post. We have opened an investigation with Canada Post and according to the tracking information today (August 20th) your parcel is out for delivery.

Took almost a month to ship. Shipping was half the price the ring was. The ring after wearing for 3 days is already losing its colour. Scratches are very visible and the black has almost completely faded to an ugly gold. Clearly lying about the metal the ring is. Will never be buying from here again.

Our rings are items that require extra ordering time and is stated on our website when the item will leave our personalization department. According to the tracking your order was shipped to the USA and therefore shipping charges are applied.

The picture frame I ordered was a cheaper quality than I expected. I’m also not impressed that each character costs $1. Lastly the letters were engraved into the black frame so that the inside (press board) was exposed as the contrasting colour. Not what I expected.
