The product is $30 originally and looks horrible and engraving is WAY TO OVER PRICED!

Thank you Kari for your feedback. The silver angel statue that you purchased has moved to clearance, but we don't show that you had the item engraved through our website. If you were not happy with the item when you received it you could have contacted us at this point for a refund before going to a store for engraving.

Hello. I would have put 5 stars if only for one détail. The delivery was perfect, the engraving was perfec also but the person who did it made a huge scratch on the lighter. Since it was personalized and for a special occasion, I decided to keep it as is.

Product was delivered promptly and the engraving was done well. But, the finished wood used for the box wasnt square on one corner of the drawer. This made the drawer stick out on one side and was not flush. I cut the undesired piece of wood and repainted it. Everything else was as expected.

Online was a much better experience, went into stores and the lady broke the bracelet and that had been the last one. I was very annoyed I got my money back but would’ve liked something else for the inconvience as it was a gift

Overall not like the first time, but we ordered it in the store.
I clicked on the ivory blanket when I went in. I chose the black writing and could not figure out how to remove the flower design on the blanket and it ended up pink.
This was for my new grandson and I had wanted it to match one my
daughter had given my granddaughter.
When I got the order confirmation I noticed it said White so I had to
call in and change it to Ivory.
When I received the blanket the writing was in blue, overall not exactly what I wanted at least the name was spelled correctly.

Hello Linda, we do not allow our designs to be removed or altered on the website. The blanket you ordered was white with blue writing and I'm glad we were able to change it to Ivory. You could have also mentioned at this point that you didn't want the floral design. Congratulations on your new grandson.

tHE ENGRAVING QUALITY LOOKS PATHETIC AND CHEAP. It spoilt the entire hard work, look and finish of the gift. The preview of the engraving shows black ink, but in reality it turned out to be yellow colour engraving.
The zippo looks like a cheap imitation because of the engraving and doesn't look authentic American product
