Last time i bought a ring, it was perfect. The item arrived how i wanted and the engraved letters were clean. This recently order made me sad about the craftsmanship.I opened the ring the day i got it, and i ended up finding unnecessary engraved marks. There were scratches coming out of a letter and another scratch randomly on the inside.

I wouldn’t suggest buying online, especially engraved items. I purchased a small pocket watch for my dad, as a gift for my wedding. I had it engraved with his initials and “Father of the Bride” on the back. It came promptly, however it’s the size of a quarter!!! The description did not give dimensions, just said small. I assumed it would have been large enough to read, considering it was a pocket watch. Now I can’t return it and he can’t read. Hopefully the sentiment is enough.

The description outlines that it is "fashioned after the traditional pocket watch and comes with a 28" chain". Hopefully your attendants love the personalized gifts you purchased for them.
