I selected a font that didn’t show up well on my ornament I got engraved; I contacted the company to see if there was anything I could do at home to make it stand out. They offered to refund me or make me a new one! So I chose a new one; it came accidentlybengraved wrong on the back and they sent me yet again another one that was correct. Awesome customer service! I’ve bought numerous engraved ornaments from this company :)
