I wrote an email to your customer service email on Dec 15th describing my experience and haven't received an email back. Please see a copy of the email I sent below describing what happening to me.
Hello. My name is Andria Ryomoto and I recently ordered 4 stockings from your website for my family. I was super excited to get the stockings in the mail since I waited until I had my second child to order this year so the whole family would match. You could imagine my disappointed when it appears that we received two different types of red stockings with white cuffs (2 of each type). I wanted to bring this to your attention so hopefully this won't happen to another family. If someone orders multiple of the same stocking it is probably so the whole family will match so as I company I recommend you try and give them the same type so they aren't disappointed like me.

Everything came on time just before Xmas. I was a little apprehensive because I paid extra for it to be gift wrapped as I wouldn't know if it was broken or have mistakes in the engraving, but both pieces were perfect. Thank you!
