My shipment didn’t arrive in time so I emailed Things Engraved. They responded the same day letting me know my order had been lost by Canada Post and that they’d process a new one. I got it the next day! They apologized for the mishap even though it wasn’t their problem.

Ordered an engraved pen for one of my employees with her name. When I ordered it it had shown the engraving to be in black but when the pen came there was no black and it was silver which was the same color of the pen so you can't even notice it's engraved. Pen was $14.99 but I paid almost $40 in total for shipping and engraving. Waste of $40 and will never order online from these guys again

Hello Nicole. Thank you for your feedback. Actually the pen you ordered does not show the engraving in black (sku 019266), it shows it grey which is how this pen looks when engraved into the metal. Your engraving charge was $12 based on the name you had engraved. I am sorry your pen did not meet your expectations. Hopefully Anita still enjoyed her personalized gift.

The site was easy enough to Navigate, the disappointment came when I got the necklace and saw how insanely small the name bar was, it is barely readable. If I would have known it was going to be so tiny I never would have purchased it as a gift.
