I had wine glasses engraved. The first set that arrived...one glass had an engraving mark on its stem, so I was not pleased about that, but I called Things Engraved right away and they sent me a new one to replace it, so that was really great.

Order came with picture not centred. Had to complain and have it redone. Shouldn’t have been sent to me that way. Looked terrible. Luckily I ordered early enough and second should arrive before Christmas.
