Hi Amy. Yes, that is a challenge we are trying to fix in 2018. Some of the script letters for short words can cause problems. Thanks for your feedback.

I was told that if I wanted changes to my bobblehead there might be a re-sculpting fee....well that's not true. The original sculpting proof was very hard to see details....so I approved it. Once they cooked the mold....the details I expected in the face became more easier to spot the defects. Nobody offered to re-do the sculpting process over to satisfy the details I had requested. They seemed to be eager to ship out their product without satisfying the needs of a paying customer. Not impressed with customer service.

Hi Lucas - The bobblehead designer sent you an email with a proof on November 17th is awaiting your reply. Please don't approve the clay proof until you are satisfied with it. Please edit your review in a few weeks when you receive your custom Bobblehead.

Ordered 4 personalized stockings for my family. One of the stockings needed to be re-done due to a stitching issue on the name, and while they did send a replacement quickly, we were disappointed again with the quality (foam and strings sticking out at the top of the stocking, it looks sloppy and I will have to try to cut it out myself). I feel that for the price, the quality of the items is inconsistent and I probably wouldn't recommend them for that reason.

I ordered a personalized engraved pocket watch. The engraving is beautiful. The watch is what I had expected, except for the fact that the Watch was not keeping time because the battery needed to be replaced. Customer service was helpful. We came to an agreement that they would send me a battery and also credit me the Shipping cost I paid for the watch. I have since had the battery replaced and the watch is working perfectly.

Bobbleheads take 4-6 weeks to arrive as they are custom crafted overseas.
