Absolutely perfect! My only comment, which doesnt take a star away since its not Things Engraved issue, is a tip for those who unfortunately have community mail boxes, rather than still getting delivery at your home mailbox... if you choose xpresspost with canada post, they need a signature so they'll just leave a pickup slip in your mail slot rather than bring that parcel to your door, which means waiting another day to get it from the post office. Might as well choose standard delivery otherwise keep in mind to add a day in this case.
Outside of that, the gift I had put together was beautiful and made a statement. Ill definitely be buying more from this company.

Products were great as per usual. But I ordered online so it would be delivered to my home...but it was delivered to my local post office and I had to go pick it up...kind of defeats the purpose of having it shipped to your home doesn't it? Bit of an inconvenience for someone who can't drive.

Received 3 pairs of cufflinks with off centred engravings and then had to go out of my way to find a store and have return them then go back to pick them up when they finally completed them.

The process to order etc was smooth but when my key chains arrived one of them had a small knick in it and they weren't gift wrapped as I had requested and paid for. Your customer care team was quick to respond to the issue with the wrapping and I appreciated that.

The champagne flutes were delivered to me on time, however the letters engraved on them were not visible. Even though I took them to a store location and had them go over with silver, they still look about the same. When I placed the order online, it said the chosen text in the selected and font is only a representation and that the size of the text and engraving location would vary for each gift. It also mentioned that the expert engravers would take care to personalize the gift to ensure it looks great! However the font did that look good as the font selected was a thin one and the letters engraved were really big in size. I feel the engravers judgement was not good in placing the letters and the size was too big. I'm really not happy with them because it' was supposed to be a wedding gift.
