The good: made quickly, and shipped quickly.
The bad: Names were all italicized for some reason (all three mugs), despite that not being on the order (?). It just made the names appear to be "sarcastic" or "implying" something. No time to complain or re-order as party was two days away, so was just stuck with the format as it was. Not really happy with that.
