Hi Kathleen. Your invoice shows that your package was estimated to be received on June 23, 2015 and the Canada Post tracking information (which would have been emailed to you) shows that your package actually arrived to the gift recipient one day *before* the estimated delivery date. Also, these were *graduation* gifts... is it possible you have us confused with another online order you placed? If you could look into this and amend your review we would appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

The quality of the engraving was perfect although the writing as demonstrated in the preview screen before I purchased the item was completely off. The writing on the item came out really small. For the price that was charged for engraving, the writing should have been much larger.

Hi L. - The engraving preview is provided so customers can see what their *font* selection looks like and as the disclaimer says "the *size* of the text and engraving location varies for each gift." When we engrave multiple glasses we normally take the longest name and engrave that first and then engrave the other names at the same size (even if the names are much shorter) which makes them smaller based on the length of the longest name which in your case is 7 characters (longest) vs. 3 characters (shortest). We do this so that the glasses are a matching set. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on your order.

The final product was not like the proof. I could see the engraving on the proof by I have to tilt the Keychain to see it on the actual product. Not very happy.

Hello Jennifer - Yes, the Black Keychain (sku 021408) you ordered is very dark and reflective so it is not always easy to see the tone-on-tone etching on this item. The engraving preview is not a proof; it is shown on a white background so customers can see what their font selection looks like and as the disclaimer says "the preview above is only a representation of your chosen text in the selected font(s)." I'm sorry you are not satisfied with your engraving and we thank you for your feedback on this item.

Online shopping experience was simple. Shipping was punctual (if mysterious). I ordered ten identical engraved keychains, but upon delivery noted at least two distinct batches (the alignment of the characters wasn't consistent across the entire set). Can't complain too much, though, given what I paid for customized items.

I purchased this set online as a gift for a student who worked exceptionally hard to pass his English 12. I loved the classy finish of the Cadence set. I was able to contact customer service promptly to correct an error in my order. The set arrived promptly as per order and was boxed well for presentation. My student was so delighted he said he would save it for when he was in college and wouldn't even loan it to his mother for a second to write down her contact info. ??

I've made 2 purchases from here in the last few months. First was for Mother's day gifts. I bought 2 engraved locket key chains and 4 other engraved key chains. The items arrived perfectly done 3 days after I placed my order. Since this one went so well I decided to buy the Father's day gifts here too. I bought 4 engraved key chains and 4 engraved flashlight/utility tools plus 8 key chains as end of school gifts for the children's teachers. Again, perfectly done and arrived 4 days after I placed the order. All the recipients of the gifts adored them and found them touching as they were all personalized. With some of the engraving I also had to use accents and they were done correctly. Most places I had previously gone to would not do the accents. I would recommend them to all people and I already have a few items picked out for my next purchase. Great product, service and company!!

Ordered 6 pocket watches for me and my Groomsmen online. When adding names to engrave I found some names too big to fit on one line so I went back and edited the first three that I had already completed. I did not check the box "different fonts each line" yet when I submitted this, the default on editing is to have a different font for each line. When I received the watches, the three I had edited had two fonts for the first and last name. This looked horrible in comparison to the other three watches. I sent an email, with pictures explaining my problem and to see if they could have these fixed/replaced for me in time for my wedding (which was in 5 days). They responded back the very next day to inform me that they had three new watches ready for me to pick up at the closest store located to me. Excellent service that I would recommend to anyone.
