I ordered a personalized pen set to give my mom for Mother's Day. The order arrived quite quickly. I was happy with the pen set and engravings themselves and impressed with how quickly the package had arrived. However, the corner of the engraved name plate on the gift box had been scratched during the engraving process and they sent it to me anyways. The scuff is very noticeable. Other than the obvious scratch, I am happy with the purchase and the service.

My order was for my son's 25th Wedding Anniversary. The pair of crystal stemware looked wonderful with silver accents on the stems. They arrived on time as scheduled and my son & daughter-in-law are thrilled with them! They took the glasses with them to their weekend hotel getaway, with a bottle of champagne from our other son. Oh, and the engraving looks perfect, I'm told. (They live in another province so I won't see them until later this year.) Totally recommended!

The inscription had a couple of unexpected issues but other than that, I was satisfied. The issues were minor such are Dear...., was centered above the inscription instead of placed to the left and for a hyphenated name a squiggle line was used instead of a hyphen. Leah

Hello Leah - Thank you for your review. We usually center all engraving unless we are told otherwise. The font you chose (Victoria) is a bit more fancy so the hyphen is wavy in that particular font. Thank you Things Engraved! I was really happy with my jewelry box, it was engraved for my two year anniversary with my boyfriend. It fit his watches perfectly! And it was clearly great quality and the engraving was absolutely beautiful. My only downside was there was a small scratch on the inside plate, it looks like a engraving hiccup - but no big deal! My boyfriend loved his gift. Thanks again! Also - such quick shipping. Awesome!
