April 18 I purchased a white throw for an upcoming baptism on May 3. The white basket throw was personalized for my grandson. I had a rocking horse, his name and baptism date engraved on the lower corner of the throw. It looked great and I received a lot of compliments about it. I can say it looked much better than the picture I saw when I ordered. Excellent quality, detailed design and the personalization added that extra touch. Delivery was quick (4 days). I definitely will consider future purchases from Things Engraved.

The cost was very high... But I needed all items so I paid the price. Experience would have been delightful if you offered discounts for multiple purchases. Next time I will allow more time to look for competitive pricing.... And perhaps choose alternate supplier.

The etched glassware was very expensive ( $150.00 ) for 8 cocktail glasses. The glass is thin and lightweight, so they are extremely fragile and do not feel like quality glasses. The etching is good, but I am disappointed in this gift I purchased. I wanted them to be something special.

Courteous service, easy to use user interface, quick delivery, but $40 for a thin, flimsy keychain was not what I was expecting. My bf keeps it as a keepsake, but can't actually use it as it's meant to be used because of its fragility, an adjective that shouldn't be attributed to a keychain.

I ordered bracelets and mugs as gifts for my bridal party. I mistakenly gave them the wrong date for the engraving, which I noticed when the order arrived. It was 100% my mistake, but Things Engraved was amazingly good at helping me replace the order - giving me an excellent discount (which they did not have to do as it was my error) and re-shipped the order right away. Service was fast and efficient and everything looked great when it came. One of the stones on a bracelet fell out (which does not happen often), but they were willing to exchange the bracelet at no cost at the local store. I am very happy with the service I received from Things Engraved and would definitely recommend them.

I ordered two stuffed animals and two embroidered baby blankets for my nieces. One of the stuffed animals arrived with a small tear under its arm. I was on a deadline and did not have time to ship it back to Kitchener, then back to Ottawa, so they sent a new one, free of charge, to a local store for me to pick up. All they asked was that I bring the damaged one in to trade. Quick turnaround and amazing customer service - the lady even inspected the new one for me before I left the store so they could make sure it hadn't met the same fate while shipping. Will definitely recommend!
